CONVERT YOUR RECORDS OR TAPES TO CD
This is actually easier than you may imagine, follow the simple steps below:
You can either send us your records or tapes to process, or you can save yourself the time and expense
by simply VERIFYING that you own the titles that you want!
METHOD ONE
TO VERIFY:
1. Go to main page of our site and click on "Our Current Inventory". Check to see if we have in stock
the titles you want converted. If so, you can save yourself the hassle of sending yours simply by
either faxing us or snail-mailing us (see below) the following signed statement:
print your name and age, list the titles you want, then make a statement saying that you are over the age
of 18 and that all the titles listed above have been purchased by you and are presently owned by you
in either record or tape format. SIGN the statement!
1A. If paying by Money Order:
Send a letter describing what CD's you want, include your signed statement and
include your e-mail address and return address! we will contact you via e-mail to tell you your order has been received.
make sure you include all charges pending according to price scale on main page. don't forget shipping charges.
1B. If paying by credit card:
You can either fax (see below) the verification of ownership statement, or you can snail-mail it.
then just simply e-mail us your order. Once we receive the statement we will verify that your order has been received.
If you haven't already done so, you can now go make the payment via credit card on our main page. Once both the statement and payment have
been received we will notify you that your order is being processed! Remember, if using credit card, your return shipping charges are FREE!!
METHOD TWO
TO SEND YOUR RECORDS OR TAPES:
2. Safely package your records and/or tapes for mailing, include your e-mail address and return
address. We will notify you when your order is received via e-mail!
2A. If paying by Money Order:
Simply include Money Order with your package, make sure you include all charges and return shipping as
prescribed in price chart on main page. We will notify you that your order has been received and begin processing it immediately.
2B. If paying by credit card:
Once your order has arrived we will contact you via e-mail to let you know we received it. You can then if you hadn't done so
already, go to our main page and pay via the credit card link there. Once this has been verified to us, we will notify you that processing of your order has begun.
Remember, if paying by credit card, All return shipping charges are FREE to you!

*LEGAL Mumbo Jumbo:
It is illegal according to copyright laws for anyone including us to record copyrighted material onto CD and sell it to you, the public. It is NOT
illegal for us to make a copy of the material which you already own onto another format. In other words if you have some 8-track carteidges
that you paid retail prices for back in the day, it is legal for you to have them reproduced onto cassette tape, or if you have a record album, it is legal for you to
have it reproduced on tape or CD, as long as it is ONE copy of YOUR original purchase, and is used for YOUR personal use only. We
therefore will NOT make duplicate copies even if you own the original material. We will make you ONE, Personal copy, in another format, (CD-R), of the copyrighted product you already own ONLY.
This is to protect the rights of the copyright. The Verification Statement you send is to protect both the copyright as well as you and me as buyer and seller. The document has to be signed and you must be over the age of 18
to legally be bound by your signature. All responsibilty of copyright infringement will then be on the buyer. So, be cautious not to state ownership in a fraudulent manner. All monies spent on such transaction is for
the purpose of paying for materials being used and time and labor of our creative service, you are NOT paying for the copyrighted material a second time! Thank you
